Delete your TlaGo account

You can permanently delete your account in the app or request deletion without signing in.

Delete immediately in TlaGo

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Open Data & privacy and select Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm the permanent action.

Request deletion without signing in

Email TlaGo support from the email address associated with your account. Include the words “Delete my TlaGo account.” Support may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data deleted

Deletion removes your TlaGo authentication account, profile, journeys, routines, daily check-ins, reflections, favourites, private reflection photos, reminder preferences, push subscriptions, notification delivery records, and beta feedback from TlaGo's active production services.

Data handled separately

Email correspondence is separate from the in-app account record. Routine support and privacy correspondence is retained for up to 12 months, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance. Deletion is subject to the email provider's normal backup and purge processes.

Residual database records may remain in Supabase Pro daily backups for up to 7 days through normal rotation, and relevant operational logs may remain for up to 7 days. Private reflection-photo Storage objects are removed from active storage and are not included in database backups.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
